Former president Raisuke Iijima founds the company for manufacturing aircraft parts as a private business. |

After the Second World War, starts restoration of business by repairing the burnt-out machines. Successively develops a high-speed paper cutter, folding machine, knife grinder and other new products, and commences manufacturing and sales. |

Toshi Iijima is appointed as president. Capital is raised to \5,000,000. Starts manufacturing as a new product the range of die cutters and creasers which now cmprise the main area of specialization. |
